Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 29th, 2026

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "your," or "User") and Courchevel Conciergerie, doing business as a Limited Liability Company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

These terms govern your access to and use of the courchevelconciergerie.com website and any associated mobile application, including our AI-enabled personal assistant, concierge directory, and lifestyle services (collectively, the "Services").

READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN A DISPUTE.

By accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE DEFINITION & LICENSE STATUS

2.1 Independent Technology Platform: Courchevel Conciergerie is a technology-enabled personal assistant and directory service. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, reservation reseller, venue owner, venue operator, event organizer, or hospitality provider. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the venues (restaurants, clubs, lounges, hotels, or other establishments) listed on the platform.

2.2 Nature of Service: We provide an informational platform for users to discover luxury venues and utilize a digital and/or human-backed assistant to facilitate requests. Courchevel Conciergerie acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator between users and third-party venues.

2.3 No Guarantee of Entry, Availability, or Service:

  • Courchevel Conciergerie does not sell, resell, or guarantee venue availability, entry, seating, reservations, service quality, safety, or any specific experience or outcome.
  • Venue Door Policies: All venues maintain absolute and exclusive control over their door policies, entry decisions, and service provision. Venues have the unrestricted right to refuse entry or service to any person for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:
    • Dress code requirements or violations
    • Capacity limitations or overcrowding
    • Age restrictions or ID verification issues
    • Behavioral concerns or conduct standards
    • Management discretion
    • Private events or closures
    • Reservation errors or overbooking
  • Courchevel Conciergerie has no control over and is not responsible for venue entry decisions. Even if Courchevel Conciergerie facilitates a booking or reservation, the venue retains sole authority to grant or deny entry.
  • No Liability for Denial: Courchevel Conciergerie shall not be held liable, and you waive any claims against Courchevel Conciergerie, for any denial of entry, refused service, removal from premises, cancelled reservations, or failure to honor bookings for any reason whatsoever.

2.4 Venue Availability and Information:

  • All bookings facilitated are subject to the venue's own real-time availability, terms, conditions, and operational status.
  • Venue information (including hours, menus, pricing, policies, and amenities) is provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice.
  • Courchevel Conciergerie is not responsible for venue availability changes, closures, policy modifications, price increases, or any discrepancies between information displayed on our platform and actual venue conditions.
  • Venues may cancel, modify, or fail to honor reservations at their sole discretion, and Courchevel Conciergerie has no liability for such actions.

2.5 No Endorsement: The inclusion of any venue on our platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by Courchevel Conciergerie regarding the venue's quality, safety, legality, suitability, or compliance with any standards. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary significantly. You acknowledge that all venue selections and decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

2.6 Third-Party Services: You acknowledge and agree that all venues, suppliers, and service providers accessed through our Services are independent third parties over which Courchevel Conciergerie exercises no control whatsoever. Courchevel Conciergerie makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any third-party services, and you use such services entirely at your own risk.

3. MEMBERSHIP, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

3.1 Service Tiers:

  • One-Time Service: A single-use fee for one-off concierge assistance.
  • Membership: Recurring subscription providing ongoing access to the platform and concierge services.

3.2 Premium Service Fees: We may charge a Premium Service Fee or Rush Fee for urgent or high-demand requests. This fee is strictly for the expertise, time, and effort of our concierge team and access to our technology platform; it is not a purchase of a table, a guaranteed reservation, a "bribe" for entry, a tip to venue staff, or a credit toward your bill at any venue.

3.3 Founding Members Promotion: Users who join before December 31, 2026, are classified as "Founding Members." The standard $1,000 initiation fee is waived for this cohort for the lifetime of their continuous active membership. If a membership is cancelled or lapses for any reason, the right to this waiver is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

3.4 Partner Extras & Commissions: Courchevel Conciergerie may receive commissions, referral fees, or "Partner Extras" from certain venues and service providers. These are standard commercial arrangements and do not influence our independent quality ratings, venue selection criteria, or recommendations.

3.5 No Revenue Guarantee: Courchevel Conciergerie makes no guarantee of savings, value, special treatment, or any other benefit to you. Any perceived benefits are at the sole discretion of third-party venues.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IMAGE ATTRIBUTION

4.1 Fair Use & Directory Purpose: Courchevel Conciergerie operates as an informational directory and referral service. All venue images, descriptions, and content used on our platform are for informational, educational, and referral purposes to assist users in discovering venues and making informed decisions.

4.2 Attribution: We credit images to their respective owners/venues where possible and practical. We believe our use constitutes fair use under U.S. copyright law as we provide attribution, use images for informational and non-commercial purposes, and drive traffic and business to the featured venues.

4.3 Trademark Disclaimer: All venue names, logos, brands, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the venue or trademark owner. Courchevel Conciergerie is an independent service provider.

4.4 Takedown Requests (SLA): If you are a copyright holder and wish to have an image removed, replaced, or have your venue delisted, contact [email protected] with detailed information. We commit to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 24–48 business hours to respond to and action valid removal requests that comply with DMCA procedures.

4.5 User-Generated Content: Any content, reviews, photos, or other materials you submit to Courchevel Conciergerie ("User Content") grants Courchevel Conciergerie a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for any purpose related to our business.

5. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Non-Refundable Policy: ALL FEES PAID TO ALOTEA ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW. This includes but is not limited to membership fees, service fees, rush fees, premium charges, and any other payments.

5.2 Limited Refund Period: You may cancel your initial membership subscription for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your payment date ("Refund Period"), provided that:

  • No concierge services have been requested, initiated, or utilized during this period;
  • No bookings or reservations have been facilitated; and
  • You submit a cancellation request via email to [email protected].

5.3 EU/UK Consumer Rights: Users residing in the EU/UK have a statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel new memberships under applicable consumer protection laws, provided that no services have been rendered. By requesting any services during this period, you expressly waive your right to cancel.

5.4 Service Rendered Rule: Once any concierge request has been initiated, any booking has been facilitated, any venue has been contacted on your behalf, or any work has been performed by our team (the "Services Rendered"), all associated fees are deemed fully earned and are strictly non-refundable regardless of the outcome, your satisfaction, or whether you utilize the booking.

5.5 Membership Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date. NO REFUNDS OR PRO-RATED REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EARLY CANCELLATION OF A MEMBERSHIP PERIOD. Your access will continue through the end of the paid period.

5.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply to renewals but not to pre-paid periods.

5.7 Chargeback Policy: Courchevel Conciergerie has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Contact Courchevel Conciergerie support at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your bank or credit card company;
  • Acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
  • Allow Courchevel Conciergerie to provide detailed logs, documentation, and evidence of service delivery to payment processors to contest any disputes.

Consequences: Users who file unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts immediately and permanently terminated, will be banned from using the Services, and may be pursued for legal costs and damages.

6. USER CONDUCT & VENUE RULES

When utilizing our Services to discover or visit any venue, you agree to:

6.1 Compliance: Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and all venue-specific rules, policies, and requirements (including but not limited to dress codes, age restrictions, capacity limits, and conduct standards).

6.2 No-Shows and Cancellations:

  • Failing to honor a reservation made through our Services without advance notice may result in account suspension or termination without refund of any fees paid to Courchevel Conciergerie.
  • You are solely liable for and agree to pay any and all no-show fees, cancellation fees, or penalties charged by venues. Courchevel Conciergerie is not responsible for, has no control over, and will not pay or reimburse any such fees under any circumstances.
  • If a venue charges Courchevel Conciergerie for your no-show or late cancellation, you authorize Courchevel Conciergerie to charge your payment method on file for such fees, and you agree to pay any additional costs incurred by Courchevel Conciergerie in collecting such amounts.

6.3 Personal Use Only:

  • Reservations and Services are strictly for personal use only unless you hold an approved agent or business account with Courchevel Conciergerie.
  • You may not use or create an account to make reservations on behalf of other individuals, businesses, or entities without express written authorization from Courchevel Conciergerie.
  • You may not resell, broker, or transfer reservations made through our Services.
  • Violation of this provision may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all fees paid, and potential legal action.

6.4 Respectful Conduct: Harassment, abuse, threatening behavior, or disrespectful treatment of venue staff, Courchevel Conciergerie team members, or other users will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

6.5 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making requests or bookings and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for any errors in information provided and any consequences resulting therefrom.

6.6 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

6.7 Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to harass others, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, for commercial resale purposes, or for any purpose other than its intended personal use.

6.8 Venue Disclaimers:

  • No Endorsement: The inclusion of any venue in our directory or platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability by Courchevel Conciergerie. Individual experiences may vary significantly.
  • Venue Autonomy: All venues operate independently and maintain their own policies, availability, pricing, and operational standards. Courchevel Conciergerie exercises no control over venue operations.
  • Door Policies: Venues retain absolute and sole discretion over entry decisions. Courchevel Conciergerie is not responsible for and cannot be held liable if you are denied entry, refused service, removed from a venue, or if a reservation is not honored for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
    • Venue capacity limitations
    • Dress code violations
    • Age restrictions
    • Behavioral concerns
    • Management discretion
    • Overbooking
    • Closure or cancellation
    • Changes to venue policies
  • Even if a booking was facilitated through our Services, the venue's decision regarding entry and service is final, and you have no recourse against Courchevel Conciergerie.
  • Availability Changes: Venue availability, hours of operation, pricing, menu offerings, and policies are subject to change without notice. Courchevel Conciergerie is not responsible for any discrepancies or changes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

7.1 AS-IS BASIS: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ALOTEA IS NOT LIABLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ANY VENUE FEES, PENALTIES, OR CHARGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU ASSUME FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SUCH FEES.

7.4 YOU ASSUME ALL RISK: You expressly acknowledge and agree that you use venues and third-party services at your own risk. All disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the applicable third party.

7.5 NO INSURANCE: You acknowledge that Courchevel Conciergerie provides only technology and concierge services and DOES NOT MAINTAIN LIABILITY INSURANCE, MEDICAL INSURANCE, OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE covering user-related incidents, personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or any other harm occurring at third-party venues or in connection with third-party services.

7.6 GEOGRAPHIC & INTERNATIONAL USE: Courchevel Conciergerie makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Services from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

7.7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE;
  • LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION;
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE;
  • EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM;

WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ALOTEA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

(b) Liability Cap: ALOTEA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:

  • The total amount paid by you to Courchevel Conciergerie in the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; OR
  • $100 USD.

(c) Essential Terms: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN ALOTEA AND YOU, AND ALOTEA WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.

7.8 Force Majeure: Courchevel Conciergerie shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from any cause beyond Courchevel Conciergerie's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

8.1 Your Indemnification Obligations: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Courchevel Conciergerie, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Courchevel Conciergerie Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation or breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your use or misuse of the Services;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights;
  • Any User Content you provide;

  • Any booking, reservation, or transaction facilitated through the Services;
  • Any disputes with venues or other third parties;
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct.

You may not settle any claim without Courchevel Conciergerie's prior written consent.

9. DATA PRIVACY

9.1 Privacy Policy: Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Compliance: We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/UK residents, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, and other applicable privacy regulations.

9.3 Marketing Communications: Marketing communications are strictly opt-in. You must explicitly consent during registration or through your account settings to receive promotional updates. You may opt out at any time.

9.4 Data Storage & Transfer: You acknowledge and consent that your data may be processed, stored, and transferred to servers located in the United States, Germany, Finland, and other jurisdictions as necessary to provide the Services. By using the Services, you consent to such international data transfers.

9.5 Security: We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Sensitive documents (e.g., passport copies, payment information) are handled via secure, encrypted channels.

9.6 Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10. BINDING ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

10.1 Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Courchevel Conciergerie agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or your relationship with Courchevel Conciergerie (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except as provided in Section 10.2 below.

10.2 Exceptions: The following are excluded from the arbitration requirement:

  • Claims that may be brought in small claims court, provided the claim remains in small claims court;
  • Claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights;
  • Claims that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of applicable law.

10.3 Arbitration Procedure:

  • The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with AAA rules.
  • The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or via telephone/videoconference if both parties agree or if you reside more than 100 miles from Sheridan County.
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including the arbitrability of any dispute.

10.4 Costs: Each party will be responsible for paying any AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees in accordance with AAA rules, except that Courchevel Conciergerie will pay your share of such fees if your claim is for less than $10,000 and not determined to be frivolous.

10.5 CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND ALOTEA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void.

10.6 WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: YOU AND ALOTEA HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR JURY. You and Courchevel Conciergerie are instead electing that all disputes shall be resolved by arbitration.

10.7 Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you opt out, all other terms of this agreement will continue to apply, and any disputes must be resolved in accordance with Section 11 below.

10.8 Severability: If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable (except the Class Action Waiver), the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

10.9 Survival: This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: For any disputes not subject to arbitration (as provided in Section 10), you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

11.3 Statute of Limitations: You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

12.1 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.

12.2 Notice: We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date;
  • Sending notice to your registered email address; or
  • Providing notice through the Services.

12.3 Effective Date: Changes will become effective immediately upon posting for new users. For existing users, material changes will become effective 30 days after notice (or such other period as required by law).

12.4 Acceptance: Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your membership in accordance with Section 5.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account and membership at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination will be effective at the end of your then-current billing period. No refunds or pro-rated refunds will be issued.

13.2 Termination by Courchevel Conciergerie: We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our policies;
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
  • Chargeback disputes;
  • Conduct that harms Courchevel Conciergerie, other users, or third parties;
  • Non-payment of fees;
  • Any other reason in our sole discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services immediately ceases;
  • You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination;
  • No refunds will be issued;
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (including but not limited to Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will continue to apply.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Courchevel Conciergerie regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.3 Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of such provision in any other instance or of any other provision. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

14.4 Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

14.5 No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchising relationship between you and Courchevel Conciergerie.

14.6 Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated.

14.7 Force Majeure: Courchevel Conciergerie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14.8 Electronic Communications: By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Courchevel Conciergerie, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14.9 Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.

14.10 Language: These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version controls.

14.11 California Residents: Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: If you have a question or complaint regarding the Services, please contact us at [email protected]. California residents may reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
